About Us
I'm Ben Bridgen and I've been a professional baker for seven years, working for bakeries and baking schools such as Wild Goose Bakery, Dusty Knuckle, Bread Ahead and Birch Community Hotel.
Now i'm taking on my own bakery school, BB's Bakery School, and have recently moved to larger premises to lead my baking classes in Hertfordshire.
