Enriched Breads

Bake a feathery soft Japanese milk bread using the tangzhong method of adding a rue to your dough. In our opinion it creates the ideal dough for burger buns and hot dog buns. We'll also be making a brioche dough for a chocolate babka and finally a perfect morning treat, belguim buns

Our enriched breads bakery courses is suitable for all level of experience and run for between two and two-and-a-half hours.
