Intro to Sourdough

Learn the simple elements of why sourdough is so special. We'll start your sourdough journey together, making your own starter to take home then using ours to make a tinned hybrid Miche loaf. You'll also learn how to use starter discard by making crackers and getting other ideas.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of bakers and runs for between two and two-and-a-half hours.
