Street Food + Beer

Join us for a fun evening class of street food and beer.

On arrival, relax and enjoy a roast peach and tomato bruschetta with a cold beer. Then, get stuck in and learn how to make a delicious sourdough pizza. You'll learn the fundamentals of sourdough bread baking, including how to make a sourdough starter and how to keep it alive!

Once you have mixed, shaped and stretched your dough you'll have a wide range of toppings to choose from to create your perfect pizza.

In addition, we'll be making classic churros from scratch and baking them to go alongside a rich chocolate sauce - the perfect accompaniment!
